Monica May-Dunn Featured in HER Women of Title

Monica May-Dunn, CEO and owner of Arizona Escrow & Financial (AEF), was proudly featured in HER Women of Title for her enduring leadership, integrity, and impact on the title and escrow industry.

With more than 35 years of experience, Monica’s career began at AEF in 1990 as an assistant to the Controller. Her path was shaped by grit, growth, and an unshakable commitment to excellence. By age 24, she became Controller. By 2000, she was CFO. In 2023, she acquired 100% ownership of the company.

Under her leadership, AEF has achieved record-breaking growth and completed a strategic relocation of its headquarters to Phoenix. Monica also completed UC Berkeley’s Fintech Strategy program to position the company at the forefront of innovation.

Resilience and Purpose

The feature honors Monica’s response to the challenges of 2020, when the pandemic and the unexpected passing of AEF’s founder placed her at a crossroads. With courage and clarity, she followed the company’s succession plan and secured AEF’s future.
