As Arizona Escrow & Financial Corporation approached its 50th anniversary in 2026, the woman-owned firm marked another milestone by expanding its team. Four new professionals joined the company in 2025, strengthening its position as Arizona’s largest independent escrow provider.
Founded in 1976, AEF has earned an A+ BBB rating and a reputation for delivering transparent, efficient, and specialized escrow services. Its expertise includes business sales, commercial real estate transactions, and personal property escrows.
“Our 104 years of combined team experience allow us to handle even the most complex transactions,” said CEO Monica May-Dunn. “We’re proud to grow with purpose.”
With nine professionals now on staff, AEF is also preparing to offer account servicing and seller carryback financing as it continues to expand statewide and nationally.
