Annette Anderson Named One of Arizona’s Most Influential Women of 2026

Annette Anderson, president of Arizona Escrow & Financial Corporation, has been named one of the Most Influential Women in Arizona for 2026 by AZ Big Media.

Anderson was selected from a field of more than 2,200 women considered by the editorial board of Az Business magazine and a panel of 12 former Most Influential Women honorees.

A Career That Began at Arizona Escrow & Financial

Anderson began her career with Arizona Escrow & Financial in 1991 as the company’s receptionist. She quickly rose through the ranks and became an escrow officer specializing in business and commercial real estate transactions.

From 2000 to 2009, Anderson expanded her experience in Southern California’s residential real estate market and construction industry. After returning to Arizona, she and her husband opened a restaurant in Gilbert in 2013.

Anderson returned to Arizona Escrow & Financial in 2020. She was promoted to vice president of escrow operations in 2022 and appointed president of the company in 2023.

Advice on Remaining Authentic

In her AZ Big Media profile, Anderson shared the advice she would give her younger self: do not change who you are to make other people comfortable.

She encouraged younger professionals to remain authentic, even when it feels difficult or unpopular, and to remember that managing someone else’s comfort is not their responsibility.

Celebrating the 2026 Honorees

Anderson and the other Most Influential Women in Arizona for 2026 will be honored at a celebratory dinner on August 20, 2026, at Chateau Luxe in Phoenix.
