Darci was our escrow agent and was incredible! Our transaction was stalled for a while and then fast tracked on very short notice. Darci stayed one step ahead of us the entire time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with. She was on top of every aspect of the transaction at all times. Been a broker developer for 40 years this is the slowest payout I ever had. Escrow closed two days ago still no funds. Now it's b been 72hrs and still no funds

After reviewing your file, we want to clarify that this was not a broker commission payout, but rather a payoff to an underlying creditor as instructed, and the check was mailed on the day of closing per your request. We pride ourselves on timely closings and, due to occasional USPS delays, we're always happy to use an expedited carrier if requested.
