Currently serving as Senior Escrow Administrator, Olivia brings a unique blend of technical expertise and genuine care to every transaction, helping clients and teammates navigate even the most complex challenges with ease and confidence.

She also brings over a decade of experience as an Intergovernmental Liaison with the Arizona Department of Corrections, where she developed strong skills in communication, coordination, and cross-agency collaboration. Her career began as an Escrow Officer at AEF, giving her a comprehensive view of the escrow process from both operational and client-service perspectives.
